The Team
Our Group Product Support team, based in Cardiff and remotely worldwide, provides advanced support for customer queries. You will work with Product Managers and technical teams to resolve challenging issues. The team is a critical part of improving our customer experience.


What You Will Do
In this role, you will:

  • Provide functional and technical support for Creditsafe products
  • Ensure customer expectations are met by managing queries and meeting key Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Act as the voice of the customer by testing new products, suggesting improvements, and collaborating with teams to implement them
  • Become an expert on our Connect API to answer queries from internal and external users
  • Help design, test, and improve new product features
  • Create knowledge articles, videos, and other materials to support our customers
  • Promote continuous improvement and best practices within the department

You may also be asked to take on additional tasks that support the team's goals.


What We Are Looking For

  • Have a bachelor’s degree or relevant practical experience
  • Are comfortable taking ownership of tasks to ensure timely resolutions
  • Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues
  • Have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team
  • Are technically proficient (with experience in products, internal systems, APIs, SQL, and data services)
  • Have strong problem-solving and analytical skills
