Hours: Monday – Friday – Hybrid working model

Job Profile: As a product owner you will be required to use your skills to guide and support the design, development, test, (including data beta programs) and release of Industry Platform. Helping to transform the vision and business requirements of the Product Line Manager into detailed functional and technical requirements and stories for development teams and support them through to successful delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements into a prioritized backlog
  • Collect and communicate customer use cases and future needs
  • Act a s a subject matter expert and bridge between support and development
  • Manage the release process and customer escalations
  • Drive efficiency and ensure product quality
  • Lead internal beta testing and work on customer alpha and beta programs
  • Create best practice enablement and share customer feedback
  • Research  competition and work with professional services

Skills: 

  • Proven experience in customer satisfaction, meeting deadlines, and fostering collaboration
  • Understanding Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment
  • Familiarity with product management tools (e.g DevOps, Teams, Confluence)
  • Experience as a product owner of similar role
  • Ability to translate business problems into detailed requirements
  • Passionate and energetic communicator
