We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Development Team Lead to join our UK-based office and lead a small but crucial development team.

Responsibilities: As the Development Team Lead, you will be responsible for:

• Team Leadership
• Technical Oversight
• Project Management
• Collaboration
• Code Review and Mentoring

Requirements:

• Experience in a development leadership role/and or the understanding of what is required.
• Strong proficiency in NET, Python and React Technologies
• Solid Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the financial or credit industry is a plus
