About the Opportunity

As a Senior Technical Sales Consultant, you’ll take a leading role in designing and delivering complex technical solutions for Creditsafe’s enterprise clients. You will partner with senior sales colleagues in pre-sales engagements, own the end-to-end delivery of bespoke integrations, and serve as a mentor to more junior team members. In addition, you will liaise with Creditsafe’s entities worldwide, fostering strong relationships to drive engagement and position our team as a key sales resource.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead discovery workshops and pre-sales conversations with enterprise clients, shaping bespoke solutions that align with business needs.
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of complex implementations, including advanced APIs, automation workflows, and multi-system integrations.
  • Provide technical leadership to the Strategic Account Success team, supporting and mentoring junior consultants.
  • Liaise with Creditsafe entities globally, promoting the team’s expertise and driving adoption of our solutions.
  • Advise clients on best practices and optimisations, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership, product teams, and technical specialists to align solutions with Creditsafe’s strategic direction.
  • Continue to deliver hands-on solutions, maintaining technical credibility and client trust.

What We’re Looking For

  • Deep technical expertise in Python, APIs, SFTP, and cloud automation.
  • Demonstrable experience in delivering enterprise-level integrations end-to-end.
  • Strong client engagement skills, with proven success in pre-sales or consulting environments.
  • Ability to mentor junior colleagues, contributing to the growth of the team.
  • Commercial awareness, with the ability to align technical solutions to business outcomes.
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
