Location: Cardiff Bay (Hybrid – 50% office attendance)

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Project Manager to lead a variety of Sales & Marketing and data-related projects. This role sits at the intersection of commercial and technical teams and is ideal for someone with 2–3 years’ experience looking to make an impact in a collaborative, international setting.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing Projects

• Lead planning and delivery of projects aligned with customer needs and business goals

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, clients, and technical teams to deliver outcomes

• Support go-to-market plans and product or service launches

Analytics & Data Projects

• Contribute to the delivery of data and predictive modelling projects

• Work closely with analysts, data and commercial teams to translate business needs

• Track timelines and outcomes, resolve issues, and report on progress

General Responsibilities

• Build strong, collaborative relationships across teams

• Coordinate with colleagues in the Project Management Office for consistent delivery

• Organise and facilitate meetings; ensure follow-up actions are completed

• Prioritise effectively across multiple projects

• Maintain accurate and accessible project documentation

• Occasional travel to client or office locations may be required

What We’re Looking For

• Experience managing projects and engaging stakeholders to drive outcomes

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including client-facing experience

• Ability to document work clearly and effectively

• A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

• Experience or a qualification in project management (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM) is an advantage

• A degree is welcomed but not essential—equivalent experience is equally valued
