We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the Strategic Account Success team in the Cardiff Bay office.

At Creditsafe, we work 50% in office attendance policy. We are based at Cardiff Bay, please only apply if you can attend the office for this requirement.

THE TEAM

The Strategic Account Success Team is made up of and has access to our most senior employees to ensure the highest possible level of technical and professional excellence and support is available whilst you conduct a technical implementation.

The team has successfully helped on-board many blue-chip clients with complex solution expectations in a variety of industries.

JOB PROFILE

As part of a team based at the Global Operations Centre in Cardiff, the successful candidate would be required to work with enterprise-level clients globally to understand and document requirements for bespoke solutions. This role involves extensive client interaction from pre-sale through to implementation sign-off, ensuring successful delivery of tailored solutions.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements.
·         Translate business needs into technical specifications for bespoke solutions.
·         Work closely with the technical implementation team to ensure solutions meet client expectations.
·         Provide pre-sale and post-sale support to clients.
·         Recommend best practices for documenting customer solutions across global offices.
·         Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Strategic Account Success team.
·         Travel may be required with this role but will be infrequent.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

·         MS Office or equivalent (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access etc.).
·         Communication software experience (e.g. E-mail, MS Teams etc).
·         Internet, Intranet, Share Point etc.
·         The ability to analyse and interpret customer requirements.
·         Problem-solving skills.
·         Research of country-specific / industry-specific terminology.
·         A methodical and logical approach.
·         The ability to plan work and meet deadlines.
·         Accuracy and attention to detail.
·         Interpersonal skills.
·         Team working skills.
·         Written and verbal communication skills.
·         Knowledge of the business credit industry would be a benefit.
·         Knowledge of SOAP / RESTful APIs would be a benefit.
·         Knowledge of SFTP file access systems would be a benefit.
·         Knowledge of task automation would be a benefit.
