Product Manager – Global SaaS Platform (Hybrid)

🧭 About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Product Manager to lead the standardisation and growth of our global SaaS platform. You’ll play a key role in aligning internal stakeholders across markets and departments to support the delivery of a cohesive, scalable product.

You’ll combine strong market insight with a passion for great user experience, shaping strategic product decisions and driving international go-to-market success.

You’ll collaborate daily with other product managers, product owners, engineers, marketers, and commercial teams to support smooth launches and continuous improvement of our solutions.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the development of the global product roadmap.

• Conduct regional market research to understand user needs and preferences.

• Translate insights into actionable requirements with product owners.

• Collaborate with engineering and design on UX enhancements.

• Shape and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to local markets.

• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across departments.

• Collect and act on feedback from users, partners, and internal teams.

You’ll ideally bring:

• Experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS environment.

• Knowledge of global product standardisation (desirable but not essential).

• Familiarity with UX design principles and user-centred product development.

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Analytics, LogRocket, or Microsoft Clarity.

• Confidence in influencing product owners and guiding roadmap delivery.

• Excellent communication skills for engaging across teams and seniority levels.
