Working in the world of product, there’s opportunities to work, develop, build, and collaborate on a wide range of products across our three key product pillars. You’ll be exposed to rich and varied experiences across areas such as data, compliance, technology, development, business intelligence, AI, and more!

Credit and Risk

Joining the Credit & Risk product area means helping businesses to make confident decisions every day. You’ll be working on tools that deliver real-time insights into the financial health of millions of companies worldwide. Whether you’re refining our credit scoring models or enhancing customer-driven automation features like Check & Decide, your work will directly impact how customers assess risk and onboard clients.

You’ll get the chance to work closely with data scientists, UX designers, and engineers to build intuitive and scalable products that simplify complex decisions. It’s a space where your ideas can shape better outcomes and reduce friction for businesses across the globe. If you’re excited by the challenge of turning data into action and want to help businesses grow safely, this is where you’ll thrive! Compliance

In the Compliance product area, you’ll help businesses to stay ahead of global regulations with smart and seamless tools. Helping to prevent fraud, money laundering, and regulatory breaches, you’ll be shaping products that help our customers to do business safely and ethically.

As a product team member, you might be designing user-friendly dashboards for risk alerts, improving data matching algorithms, or working with legal experts to ensure our tools meet evolving standards. You’ll be part of a team that builds trust and makes it easier for customers to grow safely. If you’re passionate about making complex processes simple and secure, you’ll find purpose here. You’ll collaborate across departments to deliver products that are not only powerful but also empathetic to the real-world pressures our people face.

Integrations

Integrations is where Creditsafe’s data meets the tools that our customers use every day! As part of this team, you’ll be shaping APIs and connectors that plug our insights into CRMs, ERPs, and accounting platforms like Salesforce, Dynamics, and HubSpot.

You might be working on improving data flows between our data ecosystem and our customers’ tools, refining data duplication detection solutions, or designing templates that let customers customise how they visualise the data they need. You’ll be the voice of the customer in a hands-on, technical space where you’ll work with developers to make our data truly accessible. You’ll be a key part of helping our customers to thrive, based on their own unique needs. If you love solving integration puzzles and want to work on products that scale globally and make an impact for people, working with our integration products could be the place for you!
