Belonging is a big part of our culture and we foster it by giving the spaces, resources and opportunities needed for our diversity of Creditsafers to thrive and share together. Two of the ways we do this, is through our employee networks and our Lived and Learnt Talks, which are given by our very own Creditsafers!

Transgender Awareness: Dispelling Myths and Building Understanding By Francesca Carter

In this insightful and fun talk, Francesca walks us through her journey as a trans person, busts the myths surrounding transgender people, and how we can be effective allies to them and other marginalised groups today. 

Mastering Your Day: A Neurodiversity-Friendly Guide to Routines and Work by Max Edgar

Based on his own lived experience of challenges in organising his work, Max tells us how we can transform the situation with a practical, step-by-step ‘training plan’ that’s built for us, rather than outer ideals or social norms.

Our dedicated network for parents, carers, and of course, parents to be! The Parent Network is dedicated to fostering a supportive community for parents to support each other and advocate for the needs of parents across the business, ranging from discussions about important topics in parenting, sharing resources and guides, to supporting work-life balance, and much more. 

A big part of life at Creditsafe, our wellbeing network strives to improve and support wellbeing by making information, services, insights, and events visible and accessible for Creditsafers across the business. One of the big achievements of the group, is its setting up of our Lived and Learnt talks, which are events dedicated for colleagues to share their own experiences and lessons from life with each other. 

A network dedicated to creating a community and space for women to support each other and thrive personally and professionally. The women’s network holds events and fosters discussions and sharings on the challenges that women face, from health challenges like menopause to cultivating more opportunities, agency, and inclusivity for women across Creditsafe. One of their most recent events was on the theme of ‘Your Career, Your Way’, find out more here!

The neurodiversity network is dedicated to creating a space for employees that supports understanding, acceptance, and valuation of the differences between our brains and minds here at Creditsafe and beyond. The network has created a range of events and resources to help employees with a wide range of conditions such as ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and dyspraxia to thrive at work and beyond.
