Product at Creditsafe
The product team at Creditsafe is a dynamic and collaborative group of over 20 professionals, including product managers,
technical product owners, and product support specialists. This diverse team works together to deliver high-quality products
that meet the needs of our global customer base.
Role
Are you passionate about building products that solve real customer problems? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative
environment? We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our Core Platform & Reports team and help drive the
delivery of high-impact features for our business.
As an Associate Product Manager, you’ll work closely with product managers, stakeholders, and development teams to
translate business needs into actionable tasks. You’ll help manage and prioritise the product backlog, write clear user stories,
and ensure our platform delivers maximum value to customers, while also contributing to the product strategy and
vision alongside the Product Manager.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the communication of product vision and ensure the development team understands the “why” behind each feature.
• Create and maintain Epics, features, and user stories, ensuring requirements are well documented and understood.
• Assist in managing and prioritising the product backlog, continuously updating it based on feedback and evolving
product knowledge.
• Connect features to customer and business value, challenging priorities to ensure we deliver what matters most.
• Collaborate with the scrum team to define acceptance criteria and participate in user acceptance testing.
• Protect development resources by focusing on scalable solutions, not one-off requests.
• Monitor product performance, review customer feedback, and help generate new ideas for ongoing enhancement.
What We’re Looking For
• Ability to prioritize effectively and make decisive product decisions
• Experience with product backlog management and user-centered design principles
• Analytical thinking and proficiency in using data to drive decisions
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication in English (written and verbal)
