In this initial phase, resumes are received through various channels, such as third-party recruitment agencies, LinkedIn, or employee referrals. The HR team reviews the CVs and conducts a preliminary screening by asking candidates a set of qualifying questions before passing the resumes to the interview panel.

2. Shortlisting
After the screening phase, the interview panel reviews the CVs and shortlists candidates whose skills and experience best align with the current and future needs of Creditsafe. The shortlisted candidates are then moved to the interview stage.
3. First Technical Interview:
In this stage, the candidate undergoes a technical interview with two senior CSIN developers. The developers follow an agreed set of questions designed to assess the candidate's technical skills, knowledge, and problem-solving ability.
The format is face to face if possible, or can be conducted via Microsoft Teams. After the interview, feedback is sent to the HR and management team for review.
The interview will involve a technical test, where candidates must complete a coding test to evaluate their programming abilities and logical thinking. For QA engineers, this stage includes testing a sample public URL application, where they must outline how they would approach testing the application.

4. Second Technical Interview (In-Person):
The next stage is an interview at our offices, which is usually with the hiring manager or a couple of members from the team. This is usually around 45 – 60 minutes and the format varies depending on the role.
The second technical interview is conducted by the relevant hiring manager and includes both technical and behavioral questions. This round evaluates the candidate on multiple aspects, including technical knowledge, communication skills, and attitude and accountability.
