Team Description

We are looking for a Marketing Automation Executive to join the ever expanding North American marketing team. As part of the North American team you will be joined by a small group of seasoned marketing professionals and supported by the wider group marketing team consisting of over 40 marketers.

About the Role:

As a Marketing Automation Executive you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and building marketing campaigns to help drive lead generation activity
  • Design and build marketing automations based upon the requirements of the sales and marketing functions
  • Understanding of the role of data segmentation and planning within direct and digital marketing campaigns
  • Work with key stakeholders within the marketing function of the business to share ideas and automations to improve efficiencies
  • Develop multi touchpoint campaigns using a multitude of marketing channels
  • Manage the scheduling of customer and prospect communications

About You

  • We are looking for someone with working experience of conducting the above roles within Marketo, therefore experience of this system is crucial
  • Working in a small team requires a can do attitude and the want to pitch in and help across multiple campaigns and projects
  • Excellent organisational, analytical, written and oral communication skills
  • Problem solving skills and knowledge of the customer and an understanding of/interest in technology
  • Thrive in a fast paced, iterative, deadline driven environment
  • Passion to develop projects and an understanding of the marketing automation discipline
  • Strong attention to detail
