About this Role

In order to best serve our customers and potential clients we believe it is important to meet with them face to face to really understand the issues they are experiencing. This is why we are looking for an Events Coordinator to join our ever expanding marketing team and help facilitate events across the US. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate event management skills from event targeting and pre-planning right through to post event analysis. You will also be comfortable collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners including leadership, sales, PR and event organizers.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the annual event plan schedule, identifying key events that will grow brand awareness, lead generation and thought leadership
  • Manage logistics for trade shows including booth asset allocation and placement, sales aid development, booth AV and furnishing, and sponsorship fulfillment as applicable
  • Create and plan event(s) to foster user communities and partner networking, including supporting agenda development, promotion, venue selection, and other logistics
  • Lead pre- and post-event meetings to communicate and align on planning elements with relevant stakeholders, and debrief to incorporate learnings for future best practices
  • Promote events through email campaigns, social media, target list mailers, and other advertising channels
  • Organize events with partners both in person and online
  • Work with PR to conduct public relations outreach, including pitch creation and form relationship with local and industry media
  • Be comfortable negotiating speaking arrangements and cost effective solutions for trade shows


  • 3 years of experience planning preferably in B2B
  • Expertise in overseeing event logistics and working with 3rd party vendors
  • Ability to analyze events success and present to senior management and make recommendations for further investments
  • Ability to liaise with sales to create an effective events strategy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to travel when required
