Responsibilities:

  • Making direct outbound calls to prospective customers in order to set appointments to visit on site or virtually within territory.
  • Obtain access to the relevant individual that can authorize the purchase of the Creditsafe product suite within the prospects business.
  • Demonstrate the Creditsafe products using the internet, describing the features of the Creditsafe products and services.
  • Consult with the prospect to define how the Creditsafe products can benefit their business.
  • Document future demonstrations, sales calls or purchase decision calls.
  • Manage any concerns or ‘objections’ that the prospect may have regarding the purchase of the Creditsafe product.
  • Ensure that quality of communication and service is maintained throughout the duration of the call.
  • Thoroughly and accurately document the key information obtained from the call in the Creditsafe CRM software.
  • As a result of the process described above, sell the Creditsafe product to the prospect and increase the size of the Creditsafe USA Customer portfolio.
  • Achieve quarterly sales quota.

Requirements:

  • Experience in selling to credit professionals.
  • High levels of enthusiasm and a friendly nature.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
  • The ability to communicate and listen effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Organized with excellent time management skills.
  • The ability to negotiate effectively with professional individuals.
  • A marked desire to exceed in sales with the tenacity and resilience to work well in a targeted environment.
