Collections Assistant

Job Title: Collections Assistant
Location: Allentown, PA, USA

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: *
• Collect past due balances in an efficient and timely manner
• Document all collection activity for all past due accounts
• Establish payment plans and/or negotiate for settlement terms for outstanding customer balances
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:
• Previous experience with collections/accounts receivable helpful, specifically B2B collections
• Proficient in Excel
• The ability to communicate and listen effectively
• Organized with excellent time management skills
• Excellent levels of written and spoken communication
• High levels of enthusiasm and a friendly nature
• Self-motivated and ambitious
