The product team at Creditsafe is a dynamic and collaborative group of over 20 professionals, including product managers, <\/span><\/p>\n

technical product owners, and product support specialists. This diverse team works together to deliver high-quality products <\/span><\/p>\n

that meet the needs of our global customer base.<\/span><\/p>\n

Role<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Are you passionate about building products that solve real customer problems? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative <\/span><\/p>\n

environment? We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our Core Platform & Reports team and help drive the <\/span><\/p>\n

delivery of high-impact features for our business.<\/span><\/p>\n

As an Associate Product Manager, you’ll work closely with product managers, stakeholders, and development teams to <\/span><\/p>\n

translate business needs into actionable tasks. You’ll help manage and prioritise the product backlog, write clear user stories, <\/span><\/p>\n

and ensure our platform delivers maximum value to customers, while also contributing to the product strategy and <\/span><\/p>\n

vision alongside the Product Manager.<\/span><\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

• Support the communication of product vision and ensure the development team understands the “why” behind each feature.<\/span><\/p>\n

• Create and maintain Epics, features, and user stories, ensuring requirements are well documented and understood.<\/span><\/p>\n

• Assist in managing and prioritising the product backlog, continuously updating it based on feedback and evolving <\/span><\/p>\n

product knowledge.<\/span><\/p>\n

• Connect features to customer and business value, challenging priorities to ensure we deliver what matters most.<\/span><\/p>\n

• Collaborate with the scrum team to define acceptance criteria and participate in user acceptance testing.<\/span><\/p>\n

• Protect development resources by focusing on scalable solutions, not one-off requests.<\/span><\/p>\n

• Monitor product performance, review customer feedback, and help generate new ideas for ongoing enhancement.<\/span><\/p>\n

• Ability to prioritize effectively and make decisive product decisions<\/span><\/p>\n

• Experience with product backlog management and user-centered design principles<\/span><\/p>\n

• Analytical thinking and proficiency in using data to drive decisions<\/span><\/p>\n

• Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies<\/span><\/p>\n

• Excellent communication in English (written and verbal)<\/span><\/p>\n

• Strong stakeholder management skills<\/span><\/p>\n

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment<\/span><\/p>\n
