Role:<\/strong><\/span>

environment? We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our Core Platform & Reports team and help drive the <\/span>
delivery of high-impact features for our business.   <\/span>
This Associate Product Manager role, based in India, will fulfill a crucial role across the Domains product team, collaborating with <\/span>
multiple development teams that span various product areas. This position will be required to work closely with area-focused <\/span>
Product Managers to translate the overall product vision into actionable deliverables. The Associate Product Manager is <\/span>
required to act as a bridge between stakeholders, customers, and development teams, ensuring alignment with business <\/span>
objectives and customer requirements. By converting business needs into development tasks, the Associate Product <\/span>
Manager must demonstrate strong prioritization skills and provide steadfast support to Product Managers within the <\/span>
Domains vertical, whilst reporting directly to the Product Line Manager. This role is designed to amplify execution and delivery <\/span>
across the Domains product portfolio, for both regional and global business goals.   <\/span>

Success North Star: Execution with Clarity<\/strong><\/span>
  <\/span>
• Clear documentation of Product Requirements, EPICs (projects), Features, User Stories across multiple product areas  <\/span>
• Feature prioritization (ensuring the right features are delivered at the right time for maximum customer value in diverse <\/span>
regional and global markets) <\/span>
• High-quality execution (no P1 bugs in production, high user satisfaction & minimal support tickets due to product <\/span>
defects, especially considering India-specific customer needs)  <\/span><\/div>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
Communicate Product Vision:<\/strong> Align India-based development teams with the product vision through clear communication and <\/span>
collaboration with area-focused Product Managers. Ensure the teams understand the “why” behind each feature and the value <\/span>
delivered to customers. Evangelize the vision and mission across all product areas.   <\/span><\/div>\n
Create and Communicate EPICs, Features & User Stories: Write concise EPICs, user stories, and product requirements, ensuring <\/span>
both functional and non-functional needs are clearly documented. Collaborate closely with development teams to ideate and <\/span>
deliver optimal solutions that address regional and global customer needs, while contributing to the broader product strategy <\/span>
and vision and developing increasing ownership of strategic product direction over time.  <\/span><\/div>\n
Manage Product Backlog:<\/strong> Maintain the product backlog for assigned development teams, ensuring all backlog items are clearly <\/span>
defined and ordered by business value. Continuously update the backlog based on evolving product knowledge and stakeholder <\/span>
feedback, in support of the area-focused Product Managers.   <\/span><\/div>\n
Prioritize Features & User Stories:<\/strong> Connect each feature to customer and business value (such as sales value, user retention, <\/span>
reputation risk, regulatory requirements, etc.), and rigorously rank features in priority order. Challenge each feature <\/span>
to determine whether it is a must-have, should-have, or nice-to-have, always aligning prioritization with customer value delivery <\/span>
and supporting the Product Managers’ strategic direction.   <\/span>
Clearly communicate priority order to development teams in India. Challenge the value of every feature and provide rationale <\/span>
for changes in priorities, minimizing disruption to planned work. Support agile practices while avoiding unnecessary pivots.   <\/span><\/div>\n
Decide on Release Readiness:<\/strong> The Associate Product Manager is accountable for release decisions and customer acceptance in <\/span>
the Indian market and globally. Be firm in Go-No Go decision making, collaborating closely with Product Managers and <\/span>
development teams to ensure readiness and high quality.  <\/span>
Agree Acceptance Criteria Work with Quality Assurance to define acceptance test scenarios. For website features (UI), perform <\/span>
workflow-oriented user acceptance testing, including manual walkthroughs and user impersonation, to ensure fit for purpose <\/span>
prior to release. Ensure every feature released meets high quality standards (no known material bugs released).   <\/span><\/div>\n
Performance Monitoring & Ongoing Enhancement:<\/strong> Regularly review customer feedback from India and global markets, <\/span>
generating new features and user stories as needed. When potential bugs are identified, perform root cause analysis and <\/span>
prioritize work to resolve issues, avoiding temporary fixes and balancing speed with impact.  <\/span>
Carefully evaluate feedback and prioritize features that solve customer problems at scale. Protect the backlog <\/span>
and development resources from serving isolated requests from single customers, sales representatives, or <\/span>
leadership, maintaining a focus on broader business objectives and supporting the area-focused Product Managers.   <\/span><\/div>\n

Required Skills and Qualifications<\/strong> <\/span>
  <\/span>
• Ability to prioritize effectively and make decisive product decisions supporting the multiple product teams  <\/span>
• Experience with product backlog management and user-centered design principles, must be India-based for colocation <\/span>
with development teams <\/span>
• Analytical thinking and proficiency in using data to drive decisions  <\/span>
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies<\/span>
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal), with the ability to work effectively across cultural and <\/span>
geographic boundaries <\/span>
• Strong stakeholder management skills, supporting area-focused Product Managers and cross-functional teams  <\/span>
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, multi-product environment<\/span><\/div>\n
