Summary<\/span><\/strong>: <\/span><\/p>\n

This role is designed to help improve the support experience for our API customers. We see it helping to provide greater technical capability closer to our customer support teams as we grow our business and appeal to larger companies that need help integrating our API into their business workflows.<\/span><\/p>\n

Responsibilities: <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

•       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Provide Level 3 technical support to Product Support and UK Solutions teams for the Connect API Product.<\/span><\/p>\n

•       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Troubleshoot and resolve technical queries by applying expertise in .NET backend (C#, .NET Core, WebAPI, MVC) and frontend (React\/AngularJS).<\/span><\/p>\n

•       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Coach Product Support and UK Solutions team members on effective troubleshooting techniques and best practices.<\/span><\/p>\n

•       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage customer expectations and ensure key SLAs are consistently met.<\/span><\/p>\n

•       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Become a product expert on the Connect API Product, building knowledge to resolve most queries raised by internal or external users.<\/span><\/p>\n

•       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Develop and maintain documentation (FAQs, How-To’s, troubleshooting guides) to aid support teams and customers.<\/span><\/p>\n

•       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Design and deliver automation solutions (using .NET, Python, and AWS services) to eliminate manual tasks in customer support.<\/span><\/p>\n

•       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Collaborate with API development teams to stay up to date with ongoing development work, leveraging these relationships to resolve complex queries.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Experience:<\/span><\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n

•       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Programming experience in one or more high-level languages such as C# (.NET Core, Web API, MVC), Python, or Node.js.<\/span><\/p>\n

•       <\/span><\/span><\/span>A track record of troubleshooting and resolving issues in live production environments and implementing strategies to eliminate them.<\/span><\/p>\n

•       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Proficiency with REST clients such as Postman for API testing and debugging.<\/span><\/p>\n

•       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience in a technical operations support role<\/span><\/p>\n

•       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Knowledge of AWS CloudWatch\/X-Ray – Analysis of dashboards, metrics, traces, and log analytics.<\/span><\/p>\n

•       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience of using CI\/CD platforms such as Azure DevOps<\/span><\/p>\n

•       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience of using repositories such as GIT<\/span><\/p>\n

•       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience integrating with RESTful API’s<\/span><\/p>\n

•       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.<\/span><\/p>\n

•       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Initiative-taking & uses own initiative.<\/span><\/p>\n

•       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Creativity and High standards; develop imaginative solutions without cutting corner<\/span><\/p>\n
