Role summary:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front-End Engineer<\/strong>\u202fwith expertise in ReactJS<\/strong>\u202fand strong foundational knowledge of JavaScript. The ideal candidate will excel at designing and building responsive, intuitive user interfaces, have a keen eye for UI design and interactivity, and aspire to grow into a Front-End Architect<\/strong>\u202frole. In this position, you will guide fellow developers on best practices in front-end engineering, contribute to implementing scalable solutions using design patterns<\/strong>\u202fand micro-frontend architecture<\/strong>, and collaborate within an Agile environment to deliver high-quality products<\/span><\/p>\n

Responsibilities: <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

•       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Develop, test, and maintain high-quality, responsive web applications using ReactJS and JavaScript. <\/span><\/p>\n

•       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Developing new user-facing features using React.js <\/span><\/p>\n

•       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use <\/span><\/p>\n

•       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Lead and mentor team members on front-end best practices, coding standards, and design principles. <\/span><\/p>\n

•       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers <\/span><\/p>\n

•       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. <\/span><\/p>\n

•       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Drive architectural decisions and contribute to establishing scalable micro-frontend solutions. <\/span><\/p>\n

•       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Identify and implement design patterns in JavaScript to enhance code reusability and maintainability. <\/span><\/p>\n

•       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of web applications through continuous testing and optimization. <\/span><\/p>\n

•       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Write clear documentation for processes, best practices, and project standards to facilitate knowledge sharing. <\/span><\/p>\n

•       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Work within an Agile development framework, using tools like Azure DevOps for task management. <\/span><\/p>\n

•       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies and frameworks to drive innovation and technical excellence. <\/span><\/p>\n

Experience: <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

•       <\/span><\/span><\/span>4-7 years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on JavaScript and ReactJS. <\/span><\/p>\n

•       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model <\/span><\/p>\n

•       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles <\/span><\/p>\n

•       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux) <\/span><\/p>\n

•       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript <\/span><\/p>\n

•       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools <\/span><\/p>\n

•       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Exposure to UI design principles and interactivity, with a strong sense of usability and user experience. <\/span><\/p>\n

•       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Knowledge of micro-frontend architecture\u202fand implementation practices. <\/span><\/p>\n

•       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Familiarity with JavaScript design patterns and their applications in building scalable front-end solutions. <\/span><\/p>\n

•       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Hands-on experience with Agile\/Lean methodologies like Scrum or Kanban. <\/span><\/p>\n

•       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a self-motivated and team-oriented attitude. <\/span><\/p>\n

•       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. <\/span><\/p>\n
