We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our product team and help shape the future of our Back Office applications. <\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

As an Associate Product Manager, you’ll work closely with Product Managers, stakeholders, and development teams to translate business requirements into deliverable product enhancements. You’ll help manage the product backlog, write clear requirements, and ensure our internal systems are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business objectives. <\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

You will be responsible for setting the product priorities for the Back Office application, enabling our employees to work efficiently and deliver exceptional customer experiences. We focus on simplifying processes, reducing manual effort, and creating operational efficiencies across the business.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Our Back Office application sits at the centre of how we deliver value to our customers, enabling the processes, data, and operational workflows that power our solutions. As we continue to scale and evolve our back-end capability, this role will play an important part in shaping systems that are critical to the business today, while offering the opportunity to contribute to high-profile initiatives that support Creditsafe’s future growth.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    Create and maintain epics, features, user stories, and requirements documentation.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

      Assist in managing and prioritising the product backlog, ensuring work aligns with business priorities and operational needs.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

        Prioritise service line creation to best support business needs.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
