Solutions Support Specialist
We are looking for a solutions specialist to help support customers on Creditsafe’s ever growing suite of facilities.
Responsibilities include understanding Creditsafe’s API capabilities to be able to communicate to customers and sales representatives building the knowledge to answer most queries raised by internal & external users.
You must have a passion for the products you work with and keep expanding product knowledge. In addition, participate in product updates, and the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Provide technical support to the sales team and customers
- Attend customer / prospect visits with sales staff to provide the technical knowledge & support needed
- Support the sales teams by analysing customers’ technical needs and help them develop their proposals
- Work with the sales teams to help them outlining how Creditsafe’s products and services can provided a clear solution to meet the customers’ needs
- Help the sales teams ensure that their proposed solution fulfils all the customers’ requirements
- Project managing / overseeing customers system integrations
- Provide technical support for the internal sales process
- Understand and answer technical questions
