Premier Account Field Representative (Hybrid Role)
The Premier Account Field Representative is (primarily) a field based role which involves attending appointments for New Business as well as retaining a small portfolio of customers, and also canvassing potential clients. You will provide prospective customers with a sound knowledge of Creditsafe product whilst having an ability to create a sale by working with the prospect to deliver the most suitable solution for their business.
High levels of commitment and integrity are required along with an ability to build strong relationships with prospective customers. The role will take you into a highly pressurised fast paced environment therefore self-motivation, the ability to work well with the team and a strong work ethic is essential.

Primary responsibilities (Duties shall include but not be limited to the following):
- During sales meetings with prospective customers:
Gather data from the prospect regarding such factors as their current usage of business information, any other provider of such information and cost etc.
Introduce / renew the Creditsafe product proposition and demonstrate the relevant product range to the prospect.
Employ effective questioning / communication techniques to extract the required information from the prospect in order to align their strategy and needs with the purchase of the relevant Creditsafe products.
Where possible and relevant, ensure the sale of integrated product / data solutions and multiple year deals in order to provide greater customer portfolio security.
Where possible and relevant work to obtain payment data from the customer in order to enhance the Creditsafe commercial information database and add value to the Creditsafe product.
Actively sell / close new business revenue and renew existing customers via face to face meeting and/or via telephone
Contact you customers regularly to ensure usage of the system throughout the customers’ business, whilst identifying any possible opportunities to up-sell our products and add value to the customers’ business.
- Update prospect records in the company’s customer management software to:
Record feedback from the data capture element of the call with the prospective customer.
Ensure that the converted prospect is clearly identified as a customer in the Creditsafe customer management software.
Of primary importance is that the Premier Account Data Specialist achieves performance levels in excess of targeted levels regarding productivity and revenue generation. These targets are defined separately.
