We are looking for a team leader to assist in managing our Customer Development department. The team are responsible for virtually training Creditsafe customers and offering ongoing support in using their package. The successful candidate will be someone with confidence, strong communication and people skills

Key Activities include assisting management with:

  • Managing day to day activities of the team
  • Assessing and improving individual development
  • Managing KPI’s and ensuring productivity is consistently high or improving
  • Planning and carrying out frequent team meetings on team development areas and team building
  • Motivating the team to achieve goals
  • Covering staff portfolios if understaffed
  • Delegating tasks to team members
  • Follow company policy in providing feedbacks and disciplinary processes
  • Conducting quarterly performance reviews
  • Dealing with conflict and ensuring fairness across the team
  • Managing absence, sickness, and holidays
  • Creating excel documents and using formulas to keep on top of team productivity
  • Gathering monthly stats to build into presentations and feedback to senior management
  • Attending management meetings
  • Assist in planning, implementing, feeding back and managing processes across the business
  • Ensuring team workload is consistently achievable
  • Deal with escalated complaints
  • Become a champion on current systems and offer support across the business
  • Making decisions on removing sales figures which may affect peoples bonuses and commission
  • Assisting in making business decisions in relation to current system requirements and liaising with Creditsafe group and senior management.
  • Working out and inputting monthly bonuses, Commissions and overtime
