The Creditsafe culture is unique. Since the Group’s launch in Scandinavia in 1997, a high emphasis has been placed on creating a welcoming environment for exciting hard working individuals and gives them the opportunity to work and grow to the best of their ability.


Creditsafe’s ambition is clear - as Group CEO Cato Syversen has said: “My ambition was to create a workplace where people wanted to come to work on a Monday morning. Not because they needed to, but because they wanted to."

Flat Management Structure

Regardless of organisation charts and reporting lines, Creditsafe always try to operate a flat management structure, free from the hindrance of ‘not being able to speak to a manager directly.’ A strict open door policy is followed and regular meetings not only keep everyone informed but give them a chance to participate.


Training and Personal Development

Personal development is also high on the agenda for Creditsafe with training available for all including:

bullet Vocational training courses

bullet In house induction and on-going training & development

bullet External Training and professional development

Communication

Communication throughout the business is key at Creditsafe. Regular team meetings and the use of an intranet system provide staff and management plenty of opportunity to interact and communicate freely.


In short, Creditsafe make every effort to involve all employees, because they are integral to the development and success of the company. With a heavy emphasis on sales it’s fair to say that the majority of Creditsafe departments are heavily target focused and as such, the company asks a lot of its staff. However, by creating a fun, friendly, high energy environment with fantastic opportunities for personal growth and advancement Creditsafe hopes to offer much more than ‘just a salary’ in return for employees’ efforts.
